An array with three T1 Tocardo turbines in a tidal barrage in the north of The Netherlands. The project has been operational since February 2015. The Tocardo turbines can be used in a wide range of sites, from rivers to offshore and from grid-connected arrays to remote off-grid. Tocardo turbines are relatively easy to install with standard equipment and require only minimal maintenance. This results in a low kWh price.
